Are waiters assessed for English communication?
Yes. English front-of-house communication is a screening gate for all F&B service roles. Candidates who do not clear the English assessment are not advanced to GAMCA medical - your deployment does not contain profiles that fail guest interaction standards.
Can we request workers for Ramadan and peak season only?
Yes. We handle 3-6 month F&B and housekeeping contracts timed to Ramadan, Eid, and peak occupancy periods. Minimum batch is 10 workers per role class.
What happens if a worker does not meet brand standards after arrival?
Framework contract clients include a replacement guarantee. Replacement sourcing begins within 5 business days - with identical role-specific screening applied to the replacement profile.
