1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the AK International website (akinternational.org) and any B2B manpower recruitment services you engage us for. By submitting a demand letter, proposal request, or any other enquiry, you agree to these terms. "AK International" refers to Aegis Krew International (MSME Reg: UDYAM-UP-50-0268428), the legal entity operating this website and its recruitment services.

2. Nature of Service

Aegis Krew International (trading as AK International) is a B2B overseas manpower recruiter. We supply blue and grey collar workers exclusively to registered business employers in GCC countries. We do not provide services to individual job seekers. All recruitment is conducted under the Emigration Act 1983 (India) and the labour laws of the relevant GCC destination country.

3. Client Obligations

• You must provide a valid, signed demand letter before recruitment begins
• You must hold a valid employer registration with the relevant GCC labour authority
• You must provide accurate accommodation and employment details as required by law
• You must pay agreed mobilisation fees on the schedule specified in the commercial proposal

4. Deployment Timelines

Quoted deployment timelines (e.g. 15 days) are estimates based on standard processing. AK International is not liable for delays caused by GCC government processing times, Indian government holidays, medical clearance outcomes, or visa quota restrictions outside our control.

5. Replacement Policy

Replacement workers for workers who leave within the contract period are subject to the terms of the individual commercial agreement signed between both parties. Replacement sourcing begins within 5-7 business days of written notification.

6. Website Use

Content on this website is for informational purposes only. Salary benchmarks and deployment timelines are estimates and are not contractual commitments unless confirmed in a signed commercial proposal. You may not reproduce or distribute content from this website without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the mobilisation fees paid by you for the specific batch in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
