1. Who We Are
Aegis Krew International (trading as AK International) ("we", "us", "our") is a B2B overseas manpower recruiter registered in India (MSME Reg: UDYAM-UP-50-0268428) and operating as a sourcing partner of Taj HR Services (MEA Licence No: B-3252/DEL/PER/1000+/5/11251/2025). Our registered office is at 18-B, 1st Floor, Taimoor Nagar, New Friends Colony, New Delhi - 110025.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following information when you submit a form, send an email, or contact us via WhatsApp:
- Company name and your name / job title
- Business email address and phone number
- Manpower requirements (role, headcount, location, start date)
- Newsletter subscription email (if subscribed)
We do not collect payment card data, national ID numbers, or personal data of workers on your behalf unless explicitly required for visa processing under a signed agreement.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your manpower enquiry or proposal request
- To send you the newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our website content and services
- To comply with Indian law obligations under the Emigration Act 1983
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it with:
- Taj HR Services - our licensed Wakala partner for visa and mobilisation processing
- Mahad Manpowers - our deployment coordination partner
- GCC labour authorities (MOHRE, MHRSD, LMRA, MADLSA, PAM, MOM) as required for visa quota and work permit processing
5. Data Retention
Enquiry and proposal data is retained for 3 years. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data (if used) is anonymised and retained for 12 months.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@akinternational.org. We will respond within 14 business days.
7. Cookies
We use a cookie consent banner. If you accept, we may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
