Bilateral Government Architecture

This system maps your inputs directly to the bilateral labor agreements between the MEA (India) and destination ministries (MOHRE, MHRSD, LMRA, MADLSA).

Power of Attorney Mapping

A standard Demand Letter acts as your irrevocable Power of Attorney to AK International, allowing us to legally process visas against your corporate quota entity.

Strict Emigration Protocol

Once generated, this template must be signed by your Authorized Signatory, physically stamped with your Company Seal, and ultimately registered through the e-Migrate authorization loop.

The Emigration Framework:
Why Your Demand Letter Matters.

Recruiting blue-collar and grey-collar manpower from India into GCC nations (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman) is strictly regulated under the Indian Emigration Act 1983. The Demand Letter is not just an arbitrary request—it is the foundational cryptographic key that unlocks the entire bilateral labor supply chain. To see this exact demand letter framework in action, read how we utilized it to perfectly document and deploy 300 Warehouse Pickers to Riyadh.

1. e-Migrate System Registration

The Government of India mandates that all foreign employers recruiting Indian workers must register on the e-Migrate portal. Once registered, you will generate an FE (Foreign Employer) ID.

Your generated Demand Letter must be physically signed, stamped, and either uploaded to the e-Migrate system or attested by the Indian Mission in your respective GCC country. This binds the document to your FE ID, granting AK International the legal right to mobilize candidates against your visa block.

2. The Power of Attorney Link

A Demand Letter operates in tandem with a Power of Attorney (POA). Together, these documents authorize an MEA-approved recruitment agency (like AK International: Lic B-3252/DEL) to act as your legal proxy within Indian jurisdiction.

Without this proxy, we cannot legally route candidates to the GAMCA medical centers, nor can we apply for Protector of Emigrants (POE) clearance for candidates holding ECR (Emigration Check Required) passports.

3. Wage & Welfare Protection

Every GCC country maintains a Minimum Referral Wage (MRW) agreement with India. The basic salary you specify in the Demand Letter Generator is automatically cross-referenced against the MRW table.

Additionally, the terms specified in the output PDF—such as employer-provided accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and joining tickets—are strict prerequisites. Attempting to bypass these terms will result in immediate rejection by the Protector General of Emigrants (PGE).
