1. e-Migrate System Registration
The Government of India mandates that all foreign employers recruiting Indian workers must register on the e-Migrate portal. Once registered, you will generate an FE (Foreign Employer) ID.
Your generated Demand Letter must be physically signed, stamped, and either uploaded to the e-Migrate system or attested by the Indian Mission in your respective GCC country.
