How fees are structured
Referral fees are agreed on a per-deployment basis and confirmed in writing before any introduction is made. Rates are tiered — the higher the batch size, the higher the per-worker fee. Apply and we'll send you the full fee schedule.

How It Works

You introduce an employer
Send us a WhatsApp, email, or CC us on an intro email. No formal process needed.

We close and deploy
We handle the entire process — proposal, demand letter, visa, GAMCA, deployment. You do nothing more.

You receive your fee
Referral fee is confirmed on contract signature and paid on worker mobilisation. Net-15 settlement.
